Consultations are non-binding and based on the information provided at the time of inspection. The final price may vary if additional work, materials, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and offer financing options for qualifying projects. Past-due accounts may be subject to late fees and collection costs as permitted by law.

We warrant our workmanship as described in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties for materials are passed through directly to you. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period.

You may cancel a scheduled service per the terms outlined in your service agreement. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a service fee. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
